I’ve shared my love of colouring with you for a while. It’s a wonderfully accessible hobby that doesn’t require significant investment to start.
When my neck was worse it was much harder to do much colouring. I remember trying to prop the colouring book up so I didn’t have to tilt my head so much. I had to limit how long I did it.
But I persisted because I loved it and it was so easy as a mama with chronic illness. I can do it alongside my kids or when they’re not around. It requires minimal set up and tidy up – key as a busy parent.
Today I have an exciting addition to your Christmas gift list. Tick off some of your gifts to get, and support a fellow Spoonie. You’re welcome.

So when I heard my friend and fellow blogger, Carrie, had created a colouring book for us, I was keen to get my hands on it. She’s one of those people who’s good at so many things you ought to be jealous but she’s so caring, warm and compassionate, you can’t.
This book is full of uplifting messages and great coloring pages. It’s sure to keep you busy for hours – mindfully distracted when you need it.
I bought the book and paid for postage to New Zealand myself.
It’s a great addition to your Christmas gift list. Grab a couple of copies for your Spoonie friends.
I’ve got a few books you might like to add to your gift list too
