One way to explore making yoga more adaptable is by using the chair, this gentle chair yoga for fibromyalgia class is a lovely introduction to how to incorporate the chair into your practice.
It is part of my “the power of 10 minutes” playlist. I want to share that yoga can be incorporated, no matter how we need to alter our practice to be able to do it.
Do it in 10 minutes. Do it in bed. Using a chair. Meditate or move. Breathe or choose one pose. The options are endless. And it’s my mission to share this with you.
