Accessible productivity for fibromyalgia - how to get things done with fibromyalgia
72 views · Aug 27, 2022
I'm sure you have heard all the "justs" around productivity - "just get up earlier" is a big one. But I want to challenge this and discuss accessible productivity. If you are not sleeping well (ahem, fibromyalgia) and have chronic fatigue, you need your sleep and rest. In fact, you will be more efficient with appropriate sleep and rest. I discuss it all here.

Check out this collation of my best productivity, pacing, planning and fibromyalgia posts

time stamps
0:35 "just" (when this word boils my nerves)
1:30 efficiency is rest
1:50 what I do
2:45 paced planning
4.05 productivity systems
