This course might be freely available, but it won’t help if you don’t try the things. The worksheets provided alone are usually sold for $10 each. And I couldn’t even begin to estimate how much time it took me to research, try the things, write the content, create the videos and put this all together. So take notes and get ideas!
Remember that I am sharing my research and my experience. This information is shared so that you have a starting point for your own research. Please discuss all treatment options with your medical team and look them up yourself.

Get more help if you need it (you likely do)
This course shared the basics of improving sleep. If you have fibromyalgia, you likely need more help with sleep. I highly recommend checking out The FibroManual by Doctor Ginevra Liptan as she has a solid chapter on sleep, including recommended medications that you can work with your doctor to try.
Managing pain as well as possible will also help sleep –

Who am I? Why did I make this course?
I’m Melissa and I’ve had chronic pain, chronic fatigue and insomnia since my late teens. I’ve been sharing my journey on this blog since 2013 because I want you to have the knowledge sooner than I got it. I’m a yoga and meditation teacher, author of three books including Fibromyalgia Won’t Win and a mama of four. Through my own research and trial and error, I’ve gone from moderate to mild on the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire Rating Scale (FIQR) by using everything I share on this blog. You can read more about my journey here.
