We are going to supercharge your rest, improve your sleep, reduce tension and pain, reduce stress and overwhelm. And, most importantly, engage in some easy self-care

How do you get the most out of this challenge?
By showing up. Schedule your time. For example – right now – put a reminder in your calendar (digital or physical) that says Yoga at 10am every day for the next week. Or 5pm each day. They are all 10 minutes so don’t worry about overdoing it.
Also, you could do all four right before bed. What have you got to lose by just trying 10 minutes a day?
Day One – Mindful Movement
Today we start with a gentle mindful flow called sun salutations. This is a wonderful way to gently stretch our whole body and get moving carefully.
Please omit any poses that don’t work for you.
If you are newer to yoga/stretching, please keep to about 30% of your capacity. Then check in with yourself tomorrow and see how you feel.
