I had a baby in March and haven’t slept much since then. Adjusting to FOUR children under eight years old was made more difficult by a very long lockdown. If I am being honest, I was not coping from when my husband went back to work (end of April) until about September.

We are still not sleeping much, but I am coping much better and have my systems in place for managing. One saving grace for me has been this blog. The ability to keep making these articles and helping you create your symptom management toolkits has been my sanity saver. Interaction with my Exclusive Members’ Group from Yoga for the Chronic Life program was my only adult communication in a day some days.
